Before installation, check the threads for damage, rust or debris, and clean them with a dry cloth if necessary. Ensure the threaded pipe fittings match the thread type (BSPT/NPT) of the pipe. Apply an appropriate amount of thread sealant or Teflon tape to the male thread to enhance sealing and prevent leakage. Use a pipe wrench to connect the pipe and fittings, tightening evenly without over-tightening to avoid thread damage. After installation, conduct a pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure) to check for leakage. Store the unused pipes in a dry, well-ventilated place to avoid moisture and corrosion. Do not use the pipe beyond the specified working pressure or in high-temperature environments exceeding 120℃. Regularly inspect the threads and galvanized layer for damage; replace the pipe promptly if rust or thread wear occurs.
