41×82 hot dipped galvanized double spliced C strut channel is a heavy-duty modular structural profile, specially developed for building MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) integrated hanging and support systems. It is formed by two standard 41×41 single C channels spliced side by side, adopting high-quality Q235 carbon steel and professional cold roll forming technology.
The whole profile is treated with hot-dip galvanizing process with a zinc layer thickness over 85μm, featuring uniform coating, compact texture and excellent long-term anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.
