This 41×41 double spliced C strut is a heavy-duty cold-formed lightweight steel structural profile, available with multiple standard anti-corrosion surface finishes.It is assembled by two pieces of standard 41×21 single C channels joined back-to-back, with an overall cross-section of 41mm in height and 42mm in total width. Featuring reliable load capacity, stable corrosion resistance and fast modular assembly, it is widely used in medium-sized photovoltaic support frames, standard cable tray hangers, conventional seismic bracing systems and secondary supports for building curtain walls. Manufactured from premium Q235B low-carbon steel on continuous cold bending production lines with high forming precision, the cross-section tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, and straightness is ≤1.5mm per meter. The double-spliced composite structure greatly improves overall sectional rigidity compared with single channels, with excellent bending, torsion and shear resistance. It can stably carry medium concentrated loads and meet the medium-load support requirements of most engineering projects.
 
Complete specifications are available: single channel wall thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm, with customizable thickness ranging from 1.0mm to 3.0mm. Each single C channel is pre-punched with standard 14×28mm elongated slotted holes with adjustable hole spacing.
