Made Seismic Base C-shaped Steel Non-welded Connection Base AB Type Suspension Bracket Adjustable Base Pipe
The connection of C-shaped steel suspension rods is one of the core connection methods in galvanized C-shaped steel support and suspension systems, used to reliably connect vertical suspension rods with the main structure, C-shaped steel beams or other components, forming a complete support system. This connection method ensures that loads such as pipelines and equipment can be safely and effectively transmitted to the main structure of the building.
The contact position of the C-shaped steel coil edge and its matching lock buckle (such as button lock buckle) should have continuous triangular teeth machined by mechanical processing, with a tooth depth of not less than 1mm and a tooth tip spacing of not more than 2mm. This ensures that the channel steel and nut are mechanically interlocked, which can effectively prevent nut loosening caused by vibration. It is strictly prohibited to use a connection method that relies solely on friction force.
Mechanical bite connection: The C-shaped steel coil edge has continuous triangular teeth (depth ≥ 1mm, tooth tip spacing ≤ 2mm), which achieve mechanical bite through dedicated nuts or locks, rather than relying on frictional force to bear weight, ensuring that it does not loosen under vibration environment
High strength and fatigue resistance: The connecting nodes can withstand no less than 50000 fatigue loads, suitable for places with high structural safety requirements such as subways, hospitals, and data centers
Standardization and adjustability: C-shaped steel surfaces are often pre fabricated with scales or full-length mounting holes, matched with standard accessories (such as elevator bases, screws, M8 bolts, etc.), supporting quick assembly, elevation adjustment, and three-dimensional spatial limit.
Excellent anti-corrosion performance: using hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating treatment, the zinc layer thickness is usually ≥ 70 μ m (according to DBJ41/T182-2017), the neutral salt spray test reaches level 8 or above, and the durability is good.
Lightweight and high load-bearing capacity: Cold formed C-shaped steel has excellent cross-sectional performance, saving 15% to 30% material compared to traditional channel steel and angle steel while ensuring strength, reducing building loads.
Compatible seismic design: in accordance with the requirements of the Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (GB 50981), the suspender can be connected to the beam and slant support through a three-way card, C-shaped slot, node lugs, etc., to achieve multi-directional rigid connection and improve the overall seismic performance.
Non welding installation: No welding or drilling is required on site (except for anchor bolt fixation), reducing construction pollution and deformation, supporting repeated disassembly and later expansion
